GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
- The admission and enrolment of learners to HC is at the sole discretion of HC, who may refuse a learner’s admission to HC without giving reasons therefore, and who may grant temporary or provisional enrolment to HC, subject to such further terms and conditions as HC may impose in writing.
- At the time of making application for enrolment, the parents are required to inform HC in writing and provide full disclosure of any special educational, physical, medical, or other special needs of the learner that are known to the parents at the time of applying for enrolment.
- This agreement regulates the relationship between HC and the parents, as well as between HC and the learner.
- The parents undertake to ensure that the learner is fully aware of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and understands that he / she is bound by such terms and conditions.
- The parents shall at all relevant times be liable for the conduct (actions or omissions) of the learner.
Acceptance of the application for enrolment shall be communicated to the parents in writing and is subject, at all relevant times, to payment of the required enrolment fee. - In the event that the learner (for whatsoever reason) does not attend HC after the offer for enrolment has been made and the enrolment fee has been paid, any enrolment fee paid shall not be refunded to the parents / learner and will be applied as an administrative fee.
The residential address provided in this agreement by each parent, will be the chosen and agreed domicilia citandi et executandi for service of all notices and legal process and the postal and email addresses will be used for all other forms of communication between HC and the parents. - The parents confirm that all details that have been or may be furnished to HC in, or in terms of this agreement, or as may be updated from time to time, are true and accurate; and undertake to notify HC in writing of any relevant changes to any of the details provided by the parents, for the parents and / or the learner at any stage whilst this agreement endures and as soon as is possible.
- The parents further confirm that they have supplied all relevant information regarding the learner to HC as may reasonably be required for an educational institution to be aware of, including all relevant medical information, past schooling information and any past behavioural conduct of the learner.
- At all times relevant hereto, the parents and learner agree to conduct themselves in good faith towards HC, and with respect and integrity. This is a material requirement of the continued relationship between HC and the parents and/or learner.

What are the admission requirements for 2025?
